During the winter months we spend a great deal of our time indoors, up to 70% - most of that at home.

But what if the home we live in is cold and damp?

Most of us are aware that healthy living conditions in the home have a great impact on our health and wellbeing. Cold and damp homes typically support mould and fungal growth, air pollution, mites and cockroaches: all of which play a role in the development and continuance of asthma and other chronic respiratory illnesses.
